Hi, I’m Ranju, a yoga teacher and program facilitator passionate about making movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation accessible to all ages. My teaching blends traditional yoga lineage with modern understanding of mental health and physical strength.
Before Yoga found me, I worked as a development professional in environmental policy and climate change. I’m also the founder of Nurture in Kitchener–Waterloo. Guided by science and powered by nature, my own healing journey began after being hospitalized and advised to take medication for life. Seeking an alternative, I discovered holistic health and yoga, which helped bring my autoimmune condition into remission.
My teacher once said: “It seems proper that if one wishes to live in peace and happiness, one should work to spread peace and happiness in the world in which one lives.” I live my life striving to honor this truth.
I have taught in schools, universities, studios, community spaces, and worked 1:1 with clients across Canada and India as a yoga instructor, environmental educator and facilitator.
